The Z5400 headlight guard perfectly matches the contours of the R1200GS and R1200GS Adventure headlight. Thermoformed to wrap around the headlight frame cover where it's attached using marine-grade Velcro®. No Velcro on the the headlight lens! Crystal clear optics will not distort or reduce light beam. Virtually dissapears when installed.

Formed from tough 3mm polycarbonate with ZTechnik's exclusive Quantum™ hardcoat for 10X more strength and 30X more scratch resistance than fragile acrylic guards.

Mounts onto any model year BMW R1200GS or R1200GS Adventure. The Light Bar Kit attaches to the lower fairing support under the front fender assembly. Provides a secure mounting location for aftermarket accessory lighting. Lights can be mounted on top of the bar or hung from underneath (lights not included).
Finished in anodized black, with stainless steel fasteners and complete installation instructions.
