Same as the Z4020 but includes the Z4025 Performance Chip. The ZChip makes the most of the Z4020 system by optimizing performance and gas mileage. The ZChip adds 1.3HP and smooths out the powerband.

The ZChip corrects the air/fuel ratio to compensate for the reduced back-pressure provided by Z4020 Titanium Exhaust System. Power and torque are increased and overall power delivery is more consistent- no flat spots. Fuel economy is also increased and spark plug life is maximized with the ZChip.
